Hi, I am Erik Halsey of Halsey Construction LLC. I am a fully licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor in the state of California. I am based in Concord but do work throughout the Bay Area.

We do everything from ground-up new builds, ADUs, and additions, to kitchen remodels, backyard sheds, and retaining walls. Please see my “Past Projects” page to see some samples of my work.

We offer free estimates and quotes. We also offer pre-construction services, which means if your project requires it, we can help you find an architect, work with a designer, and get you through city/county permitting.
